Suitcase Piercing Gallery

So in 1961 Lee Iacocca (then vice president of the Ford Motor Company) formed the Fairlane Committee, whose venue was the same hotel Fairlane, and began searching for that car nearly perfect. As a starting point, this car should be lightweight (compared to 2-ton behemoths of the time), simple, affordable, with the comforts typical of a European sports, ie, bucket seats, smooth finish and shift lever on the floor. Obviously, to attract the largest audience possible, this car should have all possible options of accessories, body type, color of car, engine, manual or automatic transmission, etc.
