Several children died and others became seriously ill. This kind of tampering is nothing new. Another type of adulteration is observed when people add things to the Word of God, "the spiritual milk", as described by Peter (1 Peter 2:2 ). Unadulterated expression means "pure" or "no pollution." The early church had to deal with those who believed that circumcision was necessary for salvation (Acts 15:1 ).
